This e-cookbook includes 14 tried and true recipes that will inspire you to connect and deepen your relationship with the natural world by acknowledging and celebrating the passing of the seasons.
The recipes will walk you through how to make both food and medicine based on what our bodies need and what is growing around us in the spring, summer, fall and winter. Many of the recipes are ones I use to make the products for Taproot -- the ginger tincture, calendula infused oil, fire cider AND my all-time favorite: garlic honey.
This book was created through a year-long viRitual (virtual ritual) class taught in partnership with Kate Weschler. ViRituals was a container for us to experience the magic of nature, the healing power of plants, and the groundedness that comes from bearing witness to the subtle (and extreme) changes of the natural world throughout the year.
