Lavender
30 g. Flower buds and small leaves. Lavendula angustifolia
Lavender is best known for its incredible smell and relaxation properties, but this herb is very versatile! It is delicious in tea, although it is stronger and more bitter than one may expect (a little goes a long way).
My favorite way to enjoy it: in a bath and as an infused oil (for my skin and to cook with!).
Other preparations: tea, vinegar, tincture, infused oil, salve, bath, compress, or essential oil.
This product was regeneratively grown in Iowa.
