Notes on Herbal Teas: Hot water is used as the method to extract the medicinal constituents from herbs, which is actually one of the most effective ways to extract the most health-boosting properties from certain herbs. With homegrown, whole herbs I like to use 2-3 tsp per 8-10 ounces of water.

All ingredients are sustainably grown in my garden, foraged or sourced.
